He has also authored numerous articles on U.S. and global mobility. A Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP), he received the 2007 Meritorious Service Award from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC). He also served as a member of the ERC’s U.S. Advisory Committee.
Timm holds memberships in numerous industry organizations and was a participant in Inc. magazine’s prestigious Birthing of Giants program for young entrepreneurs, founders, and owners of growing companies. He serves on the board of directors at Easter Seals of New Hampshire, and the Farnum Center, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility also located in New Hampshire.
As senior vice president, Global Mobility, Gail is responsible for the strategic direction and management of MSI’s worldwide operating teams, worldwide business partnerships, and global service delivery. . She is a proven and innovative global leader with extensive cross-cultural experience and expertise in global mobility and international assignment management. Gail has traveled to more than 60 countries throughout Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas. Before joining MSI, she served as vice president, Global Business and Network Development, for SIRVA. In this role, she completed short-term assignments in Hong Kong and London while managing the global supply chain and strategic alliance relationships worldwide. Concurrently, Gail opened SIRVA’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong, introducing regional service capabilities and improving market penetration.
The author of numerous articles on global relocation, Gail has been a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® Global Workforce Symposium Planning Committee and Global Advisory Council. In 2004, she received ERC’s Meritorious Service Award.
Gail holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York and is a graduate of Thunderbird University, The Garvin School of International Management’s Executive Program in Global Leadership, Management, and Strategic Implementation.
As vice president, Client Operations, Laurie manages the mobility operations team, and is responsible for all aspects of the client experience, including service quality. Laurie has more than 20 years’ experience in global mobility. Her core expertise includes U.S. domestic move management, global mobility, relationship management, policy development, client services, and account management.
Laurie joined MSI as a relocation counselor, leveraging her outstanding record for service excellence into a Client Services director role. Before her counseling position, she held positions as an inventory manager, account management assistant, expense management analyst and auditor.
Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from American International College. She also holds the Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) designation from Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (WERC).

Valerie has more than 22 years of experience in global mobility. Her core expertise includes relocation services program management, relationship management, client services, account management, implementation, and policy development. Valerie’s background includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team insuring service excellence; ongoing training; caseload management; problem resolution and fiscal responsibility for the client portfolio.
Valerie’s background includes Account Executive for Prudential Relocation Services, a role she held for 13 years. During that time her responsibilities focused on managing domestic and international relocation services for corporate clients, including all aspects of transportation, expense management, home sale, and destination services programs. She conducted sales and annual review presentations to executive-level clients. Prior to her Account Manager role, Valerie also held the positions of Relocation Manager at Westinghouse Corporation and Senior Relocation Counselor at Merrill Lynch Relocation Management, providing her with both corporate and third-party experience.
Valerie earned the Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) designation from Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC). Valerie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Kate has over 15 years of experience in global mobility. Her core expertise includes global implementation and customized program development – promoting efficiencies and effective cost containment strategies, policy consulting, relationship management, account management and global project management.
Prior to her current role, Kate’s background includes serving as a Director, Consulting Services, Director, Client Services, Director, Client Development, Team Leader and Relocation Consultant. Kate also serves on the board of directors for the Tennessee Relocation Council, was Secretary in 2014 and is Vice President in 2015.
Kate graduated with honors from the University of Miami and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and French. She has personally relocated multiple times within the US and also spent time as an expatriate on-site for a MSI client in London. Kate has also earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS-T) designations from Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC).
As vice president, client management, Jelena serves as the key relationship manager with the client, with responsibilities including: policy consulting, implementation and customized program development – promoting efficiencies and effective cost containment strategies. Jelena also provides ”value add” services relative to best practice, through research and presentation of specific benchmarking data and industry trends.
Prior to MSI, Jelena held senior account executive roles with major global relocation companies. With over 10 years of relocation and HR experience she has led relocation teams managing both large market and medium sized enterprises that move employees on a global basis. In addition, she is an expert on all aspects of home sale, process improvement and project management.
Jelena has earned the Global Mobility Specialist™ (GMS) designation from Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC). She has served on numerous relocation and strategic process improvement projects and committees.
Jelena is fluent in Bosnian and Spanish as well as English. She earned a bachelors degree from Arizona State University in Global Leadership and Management, and a MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Charles is responsible for ensuring service excellence to client accounts within the specific business portfolio. Responsibilities include managing the service delivery team of international assignment managers within the APAC region; working with client contacts with regard to service escalations, policy exceptions, and coordination of service team meetings; assisting with new client implementations; and ensuring adherence to client service level agreements.
He has more than two decades of senior relocation and mobility management experience across APAC. Prior to joining MSI he held positions with an intercultural training company based in Hong Kong with a large multinational client base as well as having worked in UK and US based relocation companies overseeing all aspects of mobility from P&L of offices across Asia, policy analysis, compliance and implementation of client policies through to business development.
Charles received his formal education with a Higher National Diploma from Solent University, UK. He also gained an industry Diploma in international relocation from FIDI Brussels in Belgium and holds a Certificate in Intercultural Awareness from Santa Fe Development.
Charles speaks fluent English along with Cantonese and Hakka dialects.

Paul also provides ”value add” services relative to best practice, through research and presentation of specific benchmarking data and industry trends.
Paul began his career with MSI in 1998. During his tenure with MSI, he has served as an International Assignment Manager, International Product Specialist, International Relocation Counselor, and Domestic Relocation Counselor. He also served on two short-term assignments in London and Hong Kong as an on-site International Assignment Manager.
Paul is a graduate of the University of Huddersfield where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He is also a certified Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), designations earned through Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC).
Elaine has over 30 years experience in global mobility and related HR fields, with particular expertise in the areas of: global programme consulting, design and implementation for businesses of varying sizes and across different industry sectors; client account management, global compensation and benefit design and delivery mechanisms; talent management initiatives including graduate and leadership development; and third party supplier identification and management.
Elaine’s career has included operational management of in-house programmes for leading organisations within the telecommunications, high tech IT, and construction/project management sectors. She previously held the position of Director, Global Employment Solutions, heading up the EMEA assignment management outsourcing practice, for one of the big 4 tax and accounting firms.
Elaine is a graduate of the Open University and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
