He has also authored numerous articles on U.S. and global mobility. A Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP), he received the 2007 Meritorious Service Award from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC). He also served as a member of the ERC’s U.S. Advisory Committee.
Timm holds memberships in numerous industry organizations and was a participant in Inc. magazine’s prestigious Birthing of Giants program for young entrepreneurs, founders, and owners of growing companies. He serves on the board of directors at Easter Seals of New Hampshire, and the Farnum Center, a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility also located in New Hampshire.
As vice president and managing director of Worldwide Operations, Gail is responsible for the strategic direction and management of MSI’s worldwide operating teams, worldwide business partnerships, and global service delivery. . She is a proven and innovative global leader with extensive cross-cultural experience and expertise in global mobility and international assignment management. Gail has traveled to more than 60 countries throughout Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas. Before joining MSI, she served as vice president, Global Business and Network Development, for SIRVA. In this role, she completed short-term assignments in Hong Kong and London while managing the global supply chain and strategic alliance relationships worldwide. Concurrently, Gail opened SIRVA’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong, introducing regional service capabilities and improving market penetration.
The author of numerous articles on global relocation, Gail has been a member of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® Global Workforce Symposium Planning Committee and Global Advisory Council. In 2004, she received ERC’s Meritorious Service Award.
Gail holds a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York and is a graduate of Thunderbird University, The Garvin School of International Management’s Executive Program in Global Leadership, Management, and Strategic Implementation.
Valerie has more than 22 years of experience in global mobility. Her core expertise includes relocation services program management, relationship management, client services, account management, implementation, and policy development. Valerie’s background includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service delivery team insuring service excellence; ongoing training; caseload management; problem resolution and fiscal responsibility for the client portfolio.
Valerie’s background includes Account Executive for Prudential Relocation Services, a role she held for 13 years. During that time her responsibilities focused on managing domestic and international relocation services for corporate clients, including all aspects of transportation, expense management, home sale, and destination services programs. She conducted sales and annual review presentations to executive-level clients. Prior to her Account Manager role, Valerie also held the positions of Relocation Manager at Westinghouse Corporation and Senior Relocation Counselor at Merrill Lynch Relocation Management, providing her with both corporate and third-party experience.
Valerie earned the Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) designation from Worldwide Employee Relocation Council® (ERC). Valerie earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Kate has 15 years of experience in global mobility. Her core expertise includes global implementation and customized program development – promoting efficiencies and effective cost containment strategies, policy consulting, relationship management, account management and global project management.
Kate’s background includes serving as a Director, Consulting Services, Director, Client Services, Director, Client Development, Team Leader and Relocation Consultant. Kate also serves on the board of directors for the Tennessee Relocation Council, was Secretary in 2014 and is Vice President in 2015.
Kate graduated with honors from the University of Miami and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and French. She has personally relocated multiple times within the US and also spent time as an expatriate on-site for a MSI client in London. Kate has also earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS-T) designations from Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC).
With over 25 years’ experience in global mobility, Melissa has expertise in relocation and expatriate services program management, relationship management, client services, strategic planning, profit and loss management, client implementation, policy development and business development. In her role as Director, Client Services, she leads a team of multi-national professionals in fields ranging from consultants, expense auditors and an extensive array of supplier partners.
Melissa was instrumental in assisting MSI with the establishment and growth of its Western Region Operations located in Denver, Colorado. A member of the company’s management team she is instrumental in ensuring that MSI delivers outstanding service and value to clients.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Rocky Mountain Relocation Council which focuses on regional industry education and charitable community services.
Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix and has earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations from Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC).

Sharon has more than 13 years’ experience in global mobility. Her core expertise includes set up of Asian operations and entrepreneurial projects for Global Companies including Destination Services and Visa & Immigration practices. In addition, Sharon’s experiences encompass: relocation and expatriate services program management, relationship management, loyalty management client services, account management, worldwide call centers, supplier network management, business development, sales, operations, training and global implementation.
Sharon’s background includes serving as Managing Director of VISION Relocation where she oversaw all business activities including the start up of their regional headquarters, client relations, operations and business development. Prior to VISION, Sharon built ReloCenter, a global relocation company specializing in visa & immigration, move management and home search which was acquired by VISION. Previously as Global Assignment Manager, Asia Pacific for SIRVA where she was instrumental in setting up their centre of excellence for Asia Pacific as well as starting their DSP (Destination Service Provider) and Visa & Immigration in-house capabilities. She has also held various customer relations / customer loyalty positions previously.
Sharon holds a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Ryerson Polytechnic University. She also holds her Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation from the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and is a registered real estate agent in Hong Kong. She is fluent in English and Cantonese.

Elaine has over 30 years experience in global mobility and related HR fields, with particular expertise in the areas of: global programme consulting, design and implementation for businesses of varying sizes and across different industry sectors; client account management, global compensation and benefit design and delivery mechanisms; talent management initiatives including graduate and leadership development; and third party supplier identification and management.
Elaine’s career has included operational management of in-house programmes for leading organisations within the telecommunications, high tech IT, and construction/project management sectors. She previously held the position of Director, Global Employment Solutions, heading up the EMEA assignment management outsourcing practice, for one of the big 4 tax and accounting firms.
Elaine is a graduate of the Open University and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
