Ethics and Governance – MSI and its suppliers will prohibit bribery and corruption in our business practices, and will abide by the MSI Code of Conduct at all times. MSI and its suppliers will implement disaster preparedness and recovery procedures and will select ethical subcontractors and treat them fairly at all times.
Quality of Service – MSI and its suppliers will ensure customer satisfaction and will practice continuous process improvement in all of its operations. MSI and its suppliers will utilize best-in-class suppliers whenever subcontracting work.
Community – MSI and its suppliers will identify and address any local environmental impacts, will participate in philanthropic activities, and will support community economic development.
Transparency and Profitability – MSI and its suppliers will be transparent in all of their business dealings and will generate acceptable profits in accordance with industry standards.
